Thanks to visionaries such as American McGee and Tim Burton, one can take fundamental childhood stories we grew up with and give it an adult (dark and deviant) twist. I have been entrusted as a Lead Designer to Vigo Schorr and Evie Vlodovic, owners of the renown Carnal Sins Club, non-commercial OpenSim. So I downloaded Through the Looking-Glass by Lewis Carroll. Unfortunately the limitations of an OpenSim does not allow a full representation of my ideas (its earned its nickname 1/4 Sim). But I took key story elements and incorporated it into their sim. All this for a target date of October 31 to host their wedding in.
Suggested Environment Settings
- Open World > Environment Settings > Environment Editor
- This will open the Environment Editor window. Click on Advanced Sky.
- Now a window named Advanced Sky Editor will open. Choose the desired preset (I use Incongruent Truths or Sheer Surreality myself)
- Close Advanced Sky Editor and open Advanced Water Editor. Choose Glassy preset.
Remember, these settings will cross regions with you until you log off. If you want to return the environment to normal go to World > Environment Settings > Refer to Region Default!
